PROGRAM:  Deb Stambaugh - Vaccination Update

Deb opened with a video titled "Vaccination Works!"
Among other things one of the items inn the video indicated that vaccinations prevent 2 - 3 million deaths worldwide annually.
Diseases can spread almost anywhere in the world within 24 hrs.

Rotary has established a worldwide "Call to Action" regarding insuring that polio is eradicated via vaccination and now includes other vaccinations like for Covid 19.
The remaining areas in the world where there are still unvaccinated people are is due to ignorance or intentional misinformation being spread about the dangers of vaccinations.  Some resistance is causing some diseases to spread again.

The biggest takeaway from today is that science has proven without a doubt that vaccines work - there is no question about it!  The task is to encourage everyone to confer with your physicians and if recommended, get vaccinated.  Vaccination Works!
