BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OCTOBER 07, 2025
Attendees: President Greg Staub, Treasurer Bob Miller, Secretary Peg Sennett, Past President Steve Plumlee,  Alix Haller, Paul Berg.

Treasurer’s Report submitted by Bob Miller, Treasurer
  • As of August 19th, checking account balance: $$5,709.99. Two maturing CDs were cashed and $26,138.42 was deposited in checking account.
  • Motion made by Bob Miller, seconded by Greg Staub to purchase a $15,000.00 6-month CD at 3.24% and a $15,000.00 12-month CD at 3.49% from M&T Bank.
  • Fraud charges have been made against our club credit card, the account has been closed and a new card issued.
  • Club’s domain name has been renewed, new expiration date September 5, 2028.
  • November agenda: Bob Miller to request Board approval fiscal year 2025/26 line items: a specified amount for Community Requests/Local Service Projects, and a specified amount for Scholarships. Request approval for $5,000.00 Club Grant for 2026/27.
Membership:
Erika Gonzalez submitted a membership application in August. Erika should be installed as a member, sponsored by Peg Sennett. Who has Erika’s application?
 
Delinquent Dues:
Stephen Fill, Greg Staub to contact.
 
Service Projects:
Broken Rotary benches at McCosh St. Playground. Steve Plumlee to contact Borough to request permission to paint.
 
Fund Raiser Projects:
Moul Field Concession Stand target date to begin is Spring 2026. Steve Plumlee to contact York Cy. Health Inspector for requirements to sell packaged food items. Bob Miller to file for sales tax exception permit.
Mini Golf Fund Raiser at Hickory Falls. Greg Staub and Alix Haller continuing to be in dialogue with Hickory Falls.
 
Administration:
Vice-President/President Elect position remains open. Greg Staub is addressing
 
Directors: Director appointments and lane assignments dscussed, but not resolved. Greg Staub addressing.
