MINUTES
BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING NOVEMBER 18, 2025
Attendees: President Greg Staub, Treasurer Bob Miller, Secretary Peg Sennett, Past President Steve Plumlee,
Ralph Jodice
Absent: Alix Haller, Paul Berg, Kasey King.
Visitor: Kiah Fowler, Beth Harris, DG Mary Brunski
Service Projects:
No action taken in November. Broken Rotary benches at McCosh St. Playground. Steve Plumlee to contact Borough to request permission to paint

Treasurer’s Report submitted by Bob Miller, Treasurer
- Reviewed Financial statement as of November 18th.
- Following expenses were approved: P.O. Box Rental=$192, Hanover Chamber of Commerce membership=$365, Bureau of Charitable Organization filing=$15.
- Bob Miller and Greg Staub to prepare 2026-27 budget
Club Grant 2026-27 Board approved $5,000 for a 2026-27 Club Grant. Peg Sennett to notify Karen Nelson that the Humanitarian Committee can proceed with awarding a grant recipient for the 2026-27 year.
Membership
- Resignations: Mike Kelly effective 10-31, Cindy Freemont effective 12-31, Kelly Rebert effective 12-31.
- Beth Harris, Membership Chair, is looking for direction on responsibilities as Membership Chair. Beth and Greg to meet to discuss functions of Membership Committee. Bob Miller gave all the community request information received to Beth for her use to search for potential new members.
- Erika Gonzalez, to be installed
- Outstanding dues from Mirna Wildasin, July 2025, to be forgiven
- Steven Fill outstanding dues June 30th to date, Greg Staub and Bob Miller to contact. Service Projects:
- No action taken in November. Broken Rotary benches at McCosh St. Playground. Steve Plumlee to contact Borough to request permission to paint
- Verified that Ken Wenger previously transferred to Honorary status and should be reinstated on membership list.
- Erika Gonzalez submitted a membership application in August. Erika should be installed as a member, sponsored by Peg Sennett.
Financial Filings:
- MaryBeth Hockensmith has filed the Annual 990 form for the year ended June 30, 2025, with the IRS.
- MaryBeth Hockensmith has filed the Annual BCO-10 form for the year ended June 30, 2025, with the Pa. Department of State Charitable Organizations division.

Service Projects: No action taken in November. Broken Rotary benches at McCosh St. Playground. Steve Plumlee to contact Borough to request permission to paint.
Fund Raiser Projects:
Moul Field Concession Stand target date to begin is Spring 2026. Steve Plumlee to contact York Cy. Health Inspector for requirements to sell packaged food items. Bob Miller will prepare the Pa application for a collection sale tax account.
Mini Golf Fund Raiser at Hickory Falls. Greg Staub and Alix Haller are scheduling Tournament for last two weeks of May; goal to raise $3-$5,000.
Administration:
Vice-President/President Elect position remains open. Greg Staub is addressing
Three Director Positions Greg Staub to contact Kasey King to ask if she intends to fill the Director position to which she was elected. If Kasey is filling this position and becoming active, then Ralph Jodice has agreed to step down while continuing to be Committee Chair for four committees; the three Directors would be Kasey King, Alix Haller and Paul Berg. If Kasey is not accepting the Director position, the three Directors would be Alix Haller, Paul Berg and Ralph Jodice.
