Human Services for York County

Clair Doll assumed the role as the executive director of York County Human Services in April, 2021. He oversees six agencies - Area Agency on Aging; Children, Youth and Families; Health Choices; York/Adams Mental Health - Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (MH-IDD); York/Adams Drug and Alcohol Commission and the Youth Development Center.

Clair served as the warden of the York County prison since May 2017. He had worked at the prison as a treatment supervisor for nearly two years before taking a job with the state Department of Corrections. Clair was formerly the deputy warden at the prison.
